Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail box to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailboxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the mail account you would like to forward messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else.
